Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in this program, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
This program includes structured mental skills training sessions, assessments, and guidance tailored to the needs of the athlete. The scope of work, session duration, frequency, and mode (in-person/online) will be as outlined in the program description (as chosen by the client).
2. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except in cases where there is a legal obligation or concern for the safety of the client or others. For clients under 18, relevant updates may be shared with parents/guardians, respecting the confidentiality of the child.
3. Session Scheduling and Rescheduling
- All sessions will be scheduled in advance.
- Clients must notify at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as completed and are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within the program timeline.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Payment once made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Fees is inclusive of taxes
- Fees mentioned here are valid till 31stMarch 2026
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to attend sessions on time, remain respectful, and be actively engaged. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of services without a refund.
6. Parental Consent (for minors)
For clients under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory for participation in the program. Parents may be involved in certain sessions when necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
The psychologist provides performance enhancement and mental skills training, not medical or psychiatric treatment. The results may vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances. The psychologist is not liable for any physical injury, loss, or external event affecting performance.
8. Termination Policy
Either party may choose to terminate the program with written notice. There will be no refund if the program is terminated by the client. In cases where the program is terminated by the psychologist, a pro-rata adjustment will be considered at the sole discretion of the psychologist, minus an administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
9. Use of Data
With prior written consent, anonymized session insights may be used for educational, research, or promotional purposes. Client identity will always be protected.
10. Communication
Communication outside session hours will be limited to scheduling or brief check-ins. Any in-depth concerns or guidance will be addressed during scheduled sessions only.
