Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and

• You have not completed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than one live session (if applicable).

Refunds are not available for:

• Digital downloads or one-time masterclasses

• Personalized coaching or mentorship sessions once scheduled

• Courses marked as “non-refundable” on the course page

• Requests made after the refund window has closed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@madhulikulkarni.com with:

• Your full name

• Course or program name

• Order ID or transaction details

• Reason for refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• It may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

• If a course or event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued automatically.

• If a live session is rescheduled, you will be offered the option to attend the new session or receive a refund.
